Description: Public Notice Western Arizona Council of Governments (Wacog) Human Services Department herby solicits sealed proposals from qualified providers for the following service: Client Information System that is Windows Based and Result Oriented Management & Accountability (Roma) Compliant. RFP's can be obtained by contacting the Human Services Director at Wacog, 224 S. Third Ave, Yuma, Arizona 85364 (928) 782-1886 on or before after Thursday, 6/6/2002. Sealed proposals must be received no later then 3:00 p.m. on 6/6/2002. Mailed proposals must also be received in the Wacog office by the established deadline. If these conditions are not met, Wacog shall have the right to reject the proposal based on its failure to meet the RFP deadline. A public opening of sealed proposals will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. on 6/6/2002 at the Wacog-Yuma office, 224 S. Third Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364. Contracts pursuant to this RFP may be renewable for a term not to exceed twelve month.
