(2) Maintenance for Item (1). (3) Innoveda's Visual Elite - HDL Entry, a digital design tool, to be used on a Windows 2000 platform. (4) Maintenance for Item (3). (5) Innoveda's Text to Graphics (TTG), a digital design tool, to be used on a Windows 2000 platform. (6) Maintenance for Item (4). (7) Innoveda's Dxanalog, an analog simulation tool, to be used on a Windows 2000 platform. (8) Maintenance for Item (6). (9) Innoveda's Viewsim, a digital simulation tool, to be used on a Windows 2000 platform. (10) Maintenance for Item (9). (11) Innoveda's Speedwave, a digital simulation tool, to be used on a Windows 2000 platform. (12) Maintenance for Item (11). This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), as set forth in FAR, Part 13. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 499 and 541512, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DOC9. The anticipated release date of RFQ 573-72173-0000-901 is on or about 03/15/02 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about 03/25/02. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed - See NASA Specific Note B. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
