Description: City of Corvallis Request for Proposals #MIS-0001-02: Personal Computers and Printers Notice is Hereby Given that sealed proposals are invited and will be received for the establishment of contract pricing for the purchase of personal computers and printers for the period of 7/1/2002 through 6/30/2004 per specifications in the bid documents. Specifications and bid documents are available and may be examined or obtained for no charge at the office of the City of Corvallis Finance Department, Attention: Shawn Waite, Senior Administrative Specialist, 501 SW Madison Avenue, PO Box 1083, Corvallis, or 97339-1083. Proposals must be delivered to the Finance Department on or before 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, 4/24/2002,, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Each bid must be sealed. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined by ORS 279. 029. The City of Corvallis encourages minority and women-owned businesses to bid.
