Corpus Christi MIS, Police Employees to Receive "At Your Service Award"

Three employees will be recognized for the significant roles they played in the transfer of Police Department records and other data from older software to a new state-of-the-art computer system.

Corpus Christi City Manager George K. "Skip" Noe will help recognize two employees with the Municipal Information Systems (MIS) Department and a Police Department employee for their outstanding public service by presenting them with the "At Your Service Award."

The City Manager will be recognizing Police Lt. Ed Shannon as well as MIS employees James Martin and Phillip Sepaugh for the significant roles they played in the transfer of Police Department records and other data from older software to a new state-of-the-art computer system. The three employees will be recognized for their extraordinary efforts and leadership in making the project a reality in a much shorter period of time than might have been the case otherwise.

The At Your Service Award was established as a way of recognizing City employees who go the extra mile in helping provide excellent service to the citizens of Corpus Christi.
