Description: The Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Onondaga, Cortland and Madison Counties (in accordance with Section 103 of Articles 5-A of the General Municipal Law) on behalf of Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Boces Data Communications Equipment: Specifications, general information and bid forms may be obtained at the Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Boces Business Office, 6820 Thompson Road, P.O. Box 4754, Syracuse, New York 13221, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4: p.m. daily except on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by Boces. Each bid proposal shall be enclosed in an opaque envelope, the envelope sealed and plainly marked with the words, Bid: (Date Communications Equipment) on the lower left portion on the front. The bidder's name and address shall also be indicated on the front of the envelope. Sealed bids will be received at the Boces Business Office, 6820 Thompson Road, Post Office Box 4754, Syracuse, New York, 13221 until but no later than 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, 4/2/2002. Bids being submitted via Federal Express, United Parcel Service, etc. should be sent to 6820 Thompson Road, Syracuse, New York 13211. Immediately thereafter, the proposals will be publicly opened and read. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
