Description: Rli # 20020207-0-it-01 Pursuant to the Broward County Procurement Code, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners invites qualified firms to submit Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification and Experience for consideration to provide services on the following project: Enterprise Document Management Project. The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to the following: Broward County's Office of Information Technology seeks a firm to assist in a multi-year project to identify and acquire a toolbox of solutions that address electronic forms generation and utilization, workflow, imaging/document capture, records management/archive (both electronic and hard copy), digital signatures, digital notarization, and Cold/Erm. Broward County has established a policy relating to Small Disadvantaged Business participation in all County contracts over $75,000.00, and other selected activities. Goals for this project are: 10%.
