Keith Comstock to Leave West Virginia CTO Post
Chaed Smith to serve as interim CTO
According to a notice from NASCIO, Keith Comstock, West Virginia's CTO will be leaving his post effective May 10. Comstock serves on NASCIO's Executive Committee, and is also NASCIO's representative on the Federal CIO Council. Chaed Smith, senior technology officer, will fulfill the CTO role until a replacement is named.
