Upgrades to the site include a feature that allows purchasers to list up to four people on one credit card transaction, and eliminate the potential for buying licenses that have duplicated privileges -- such as the Resident Sportsman License which automatically includes a fishing license. It is also possible to purchase a subscription to "Kentucky Afield" magazine on the Web site and officials say that subscriptions rose by 139 percent over the previous year.
