New Mexico Awards $14 Million ERP Implementation

The SHARE project will provide basic and expanded financial, human resources, payroll, and purchasing functionality

New Mexico has awarded MAXIMUS a $14 million contract to provide software implementation services for the Statewide Human Resource, Accounting, and Management Reporting System (SHARE). The contract is for two years with a four-year extension at the discretion of the state.

MAXIMUS will supply professional services to install, configure, test, and deploy a fully functional PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system state-wide. The integrated approach of ERP software meets many critical needs of the state -- saving the State time and money by providing the capability to enter data once and apply it to a variety of situations.

The SHARE project will provide basic and expanded financial, human resources, payroll, and purchasing functionality.
