Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Mishawaka, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety (the Board), will receive sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, April 16, 2002, at the Office of the City Controller, City Hall, 600 E. Third Street, Mishawaka, Indiana, 46544 for the following equipment: New Squad Car Mobile Radio Equipment Specifications are on file and available at the Office of the City Controller, City Hall, 600 E. Third Street, Mishawaka, Indiana and may be reviewed between the hours of eight-thirty (8:30) a.m. and four-thirty (4:30) p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids must be submitted on the form provided in the bid package, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of the City of Mishawaka in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting scheduled at ten (10:00) a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2002 Room 205, City Hall, 600 E. Third Street, Mishawaka, Indiana. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, irregularities or omissions in any bid, or to accept a full or partial bid, which, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the City of Mishawaka.
