Description: The City of Troy will be accepting bids on a new telephone system. Minimum Specifications are outlined in the Specifications/Descriptions Attachment which can be obtained by contacting Alton Starling at City Hall. Bids will be accepted by the City of Troy, City Hall, 301 Railroad Ave., P.O. Box 549, Troy, AL 36081, until 10 a.m., Monday, 3/25/2002, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. The basis for the decision will be the lowest responsible bidder. The City of Troy reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked Bids on new telephone system. Pricing must be good for 90 days.
