Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer is proposing that a significant portion of the unexpected increase in city revenue be dedicated to a three-year, comprehensive Public Safety Initiative. "We are fortunate to have this opportunity to leverage additional tax revenue for the benefit of the citizens of Orlando," Dyer said. "We will aggressively dedicate every resource available to protect and serve the citizens of Orlando, ensuring the safety and future of our neighborhoods."
