Description: Rhode Island Public Transit Authority Invitation for Bid Number 02-33 II. The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (Ripta) is requesting Bids for the following: Personnel Action File Design with Data Mart Solution All Bids shall be submitted in the required format and quantity as set forth in the IFB. This Bid must be received by 4/9/2002 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, by the Purchasing Department, Room 213, 265 Melrose Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02907. Award of contract is subject to financial assistance of 80% from the U.S. Department of Transportation (FTA Project 90X043) and 20% from Ripta. The successful Bidder shall comply with the conditions and terms applicable thereunder. The successful Bidder shall be required to comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise regulations. The successful Bidder shall be required to certify that he is not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors.
