Georgia issued an RFP to obtain the services of a qualified firm to help the Department of Human Resources Division of Family and Children Services:

• Design and implement an evaluation and needs assessment system for the Division's training
• Conduct an evaluation of new worker training for child welfare
• Conduct training needs assessments of all child welfare practitioners
• Develop skills of internal staff to design and maintain needs assessment and evaluation systems and processes.
