The consultant will ensure that the communication system is fully supported with on-call maintenance, subcontracted equipment repairs, adequate spares provisioning, and system engineering expertise to ensure that the Authority`s transit commnication system performs with maximum effectiveness and availability. Instructions Please download the attached RFP 2/1/0161 package for a detailed Scope of Work and submittal instructions. Proposals are due at or before 2:00 p.m. on 4/23/2002. A pre-proposal conference will be held 4/9/2002, at 9:00 a.m. at the Authority's Administrative Office, 600 South Main Street, Orange, California, in Conference Room 153. All prospective Offerors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference.
