Report: The Digital Divides New Frontier

Nearly 20 percent of Americans cannot access information and services they could use on the Internet, according to a report by The Children?s Partnership. Online Content for Low-Income and Underserved Americans: The Digital Divide?s New Frontier examines and makes recommendations about Internet content for underserved Americans and includes a study of more than 1,000 Web sites aimed at those affected by the digital divide.
