Monday, Rochester, N.Y., Mayor Robert J. Duffy invited the community to go online and offer their valuable input about downtown parking. The city has engaged Walker Parking Consultants to prepare a parking study for the downtown Central Business District. As part of that study, the city is attempting to learn more about the commuting, parking and travel patterns of residents, workers, business owners and visitors.
