Description: The Orange County Superintendent of Schools, Orange County Department of Education, hereinafter referred to as County Superintendent, will receive sealed bids up to, but no later than 10:00 A.M. on the 21st of June, 2002 at the Orange County Department of Education, Purchasing/Contracts Office, 200 Kalmus Dr., Costa Mesa, CA 92626. At this said time, date and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following: Bid # 01-15 Secured Data Collection and Retrieval System Institute for Teaching Excellence (Ite) Program Orange County Department of Education 200 Kalmus Drive Costa Mesa, CA 92626 A mandatory job conference will be conducted on Friday, 6/7/2002 at 1:00 P.M. Sharp! All potential bidders must report to the Orange County Department of Education, at 200 Kalmus Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 in A1010 - A1012 no later than 1:00 P.M. Sharp! All bidders wishing to submit a bid to the County Superintendent for this project are required to attend. each Bid must Conform and be Responsive only to the Bid Documents and Agreement in Its Entirety, as Provided by the County Superintendent. The County Superintendent reserves the right to reject any or all bids and not necessarily accept the lowest bid price submitted, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding. The right is also reserved by the County Superintendent to select the Bidder which in his opinion will best serve the needs of the Orange County Department of Education.
