Description: Pursuant to Central Ohio Transit Authority Resolution No. 1980-66, sealed Request for Bids (RFB's) will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Central Ohio Transit Authority (Cota), 1600 McKinley Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43222, until 2:00 p.m. on 4/24/2002, for A Security Camera System for the Easton Transit Center, RFB#2002-16. Prospective Bidders can obtain a copy of specifications and RFB documents at the address above. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Cota hereby notifies all Bidders that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit RFB's in response to this invitation, and no Bidder will be subjectto discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, physical handicap, religion or national origin in consideration of an award of contract. The Central Ohio Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. Bidders are hereby notified that goods or services to purchase are purchased with 80% financial participation from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 4234 Stelzer Road, Columbus, Ohio on 4/11/2002 at 10:00 a.m., to answer any questions regarding the solicitation.
