Description: As request by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (hereafter, MNPD), of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (hereafter, Metro) is soliciting innovative proposals to this Request for Proposal (hereafter, RFP) from responsive and responsible proposers, who are interested and qualified to propose an automated identification system. The successful Proposer hereafter may also be referred to as Contractor. Unless changed by the MNPD, the anticipated date of contract commencement will be August 15, 2002. Software maintenance and support will continue for a minimum period of five (5) years from implementation date. Direct questions related to this RFP to Michael F.
