Utah Technology Commission Repealed

Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, Jr., last week signed HB 244 which repeals the Utah Technology Commission. The Bill, sponsored by John Dougall, also "requires certain functions of the Utah Technology Commission to be fulfilled by the Public Utilities and Technology Interim Committee; and makes technical changes."
