Accessing city programs and services information as well as state information are only a few features of the kiosk that went live last Friday, June 17.

Users will also be able to view building permits, report potholes, as well as pay solid waste bills, excise tax and parking tickets on-line. Accessing government forms and job opportunities will also be quick and easy, said City Newsbytes.

And soon, residents will be able to pay city water bills at the kiosk.

The Department of Information Technology's objective is to create a value-driven, customer-focused, well-managed and effective IT service provider.
