Allow ample time to deliver bids. Attendance at the pre-bid conference to be held at the following time and location is Mandatory: Pre-Bid Conference: 4/4/2002 at 3:30 P.M. Location (For Pre-Bid): Campolindo High School 300 Moraga Road Moraga, CA 94556 (Meet at the Administration Office) All sealed bids will be accepted up to the designated time but not after. The substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments, as per Public Contract Code 22300, is permitted. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file in the Office of the Director of Facilities Construction. Performance and payment bonds will be required. All work of this project must be performed by properly licensed contractors and subcontractors with active licenses in good standing as of the date of receipt of bids. Licenses must be issued by the Contractor's State License Board of California and must be maintained in good standing throughout the term of the contract. Bidders are required to verify their Contractor's License number and license expiration date on the bid Proposal Form under penalty of perjury.
