According to Lee Tompkins, the marketing director for Kentucky.gov, "We were very pleased with the turnout. There are so many people online today in Kentucky, the chat session format is a great way to reach out to them in their homes, at work or wherever they can reach the Web."
Chat sessions are available via the Kentucky Web site for any state agency wanting to host one. It's anticipated that Fletcher will be hosting another one in the future.
