“Since coming from the private sector to the public, I haven’t found anything that couldn’t use a little bit of modernization all the way across.” Officially confirmed by the state Legislature in May, North Carolina Secretary and Chief Information Officer Teena Piccione outlined a broad modernization agenda focused on maximum impact for residents in a June conversation with Government Technology.
