Gov. John Lynch today applauded the House Transportation Committee's support of legislation that will support the development of commuter rail in New Hampshire. The committee recommended passage of Senate Bill 75, which establishes a New Hampshire rail authority and is a significant step toward supporting the growth of commuter rail in Southern New Hampshire, without making a financial commitment on the part of the State.
