Phoenix iPhone Users Reporting Blight

More than 320 iPhone users have downloaded a city app that allows Phoenix residents to report graffiti, stray shopping carts and other blight violations. The city launched the app on June 11. It allows users to take a photo of a blight problem and report the location of the violation. Since the application was launched, 66 complaints have been reported including 25 code enforcement complaints, 40 graffiti complaints, and one shopping cart complaint. Arizona Republic
