US Global Nanospace Conducts Successful Beta Test of Phenom Secure P2P Communications Program

Phenom provides secure internal collaborative communications platform for distributed advanced research company.

Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc., subsidiary Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. today announced today that Phenom Release 3.0 was successfully beta tested by US Global Nanospace, Inc., a solutions-oriented research and development company that specializes in identifying, developing, and commercializing new and emerging technologies for integration into the security, defense, health and safety markets. Phenom provides SOX and HIPAA-compliant secure group video conferencing, peer mail, chat, file transfer, remote PC access, secure VoIP and white boarding.

USGA uses a geographically dispersed network of cross-discipline experts in the areas of science, engineering and nanotechnology to develop products that address unique market needs. The Phenom beta test was conducted as part of USGA's search for an effective and secure internal communications tool to overcome personnel travel and location issues.

"Phenom provides an excellent platform for us to communicate in real time in what is frequently a very 'need to know -- now!' environment. Having the ability to hold secure group meetings irrespective of personnel location is a benefit both to our dynamic research and development process and potentially for our ability to communicate with our clients and research partners within this FIPS 140-2 compliant secure frame," said Pat Scorzelli, chairman, US Global Nanospace, Inc. "We are going to evaluate Phenom for those situations when we need an immediate global presence and ultimately longer term with our clients and suppliers."

"USGA represents a sweet spot for Phenom in that there are many smaller organizations involved in cutting-edge research that need to have a secure distributed telepresence ability but don't want the significant expense of proprietary hardware-based platforms," said Lucanus Rippy, president of Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. "With Phenom every expert can be included in secure development meetings with only the 7.5 megabyte Phenom client download and an inexpensive web cam and headset. I believe USGA should see immediate benefit from the enhanced collaboration and immediacy Phenom will bring to their development efforts."

Phenom is available prior to public Beta Test launch (which is scheduled for March 12, 2007) to interested parties who must sign and execute a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
