The GammaRAE II is the first personal radiation detector (PRD) to provide rapid detection of gamma-ray sources even in potentially flammable environments. Certified intrinsically safe and water-submersible for chemical decontamination purposes, the GammaRAE II can be safely used in more environments than any other personal radiation detector. The GammaRAE II has forward compatibility for use with the AreaRAE wireless network already deployed within the state.
The MultiRAE Plus is a compact one-to-five gas monitor that typically combines a photoionization detector (PID) with Oxygen (O2), Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), and a choice of two toxic gas sensors. The case design makes battery and sensor replacement easy by simply using a coin. With ATEX, UL, and CUL approvals, it provides protection in Homeland Security, HazMat, and emergency response, and is wirelessly enabled to interface to the AreaRAE first responder network through the RAELink II to provide real-time data transmissions to a remote incident commander up to two miles away.
