The Fourth Booster

Just how many will partake?

Given that the pandemic is pretty much over—at least that is how most people are behaving—it will be interesting to see what percentage of eligible people take advantage of the now 4th COVID Vaccine Booster Shot that is being offered everywhere.

See this for who is eligible when it comes to boosters, COVID-19 Boosters and Third Doses

My family is planning on getting boosted—again. Our third vaccine was administered on October 25th and so it has been over five months. I'm thinking that there will be a 5th booster next fall and that will put us back in the "time window" to receive it.

In other news, Congress recently passed a $10B bill to continue to fund the COVID fight, but only with the caveat that there had to be a trade-off on other funding previously approved.

In other news, there have been 981,000 deaths so far in the United States. 621 deaths on April 4th. At this pace it will likely be May before we reach the one million deaths mark.
