Comparing this to everything I've looked at previously this is the "go to" place where I would start to get policies, procedures, FAQ, best practices, etc. A site like this hosted by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) [and funded with start-up monies by a FEMA Grant?] would be a tremendous help to emergency managers struggling to figure out the nitty gritty of implementing the use of social media in their programs.
I've bookmarked this site and will refer to it often.
