Bill Cumming is a former FEMITE who worked for the agency years ago and now keeps track of their comings and goings.  As an attorney he is interested in documentation and he has been diligent in helping build a library of a number of different documents.  This could be a great resource to college students and others doing research on the agency and the various programs that have "come and gone" over the years.
