A Timeline of President Trump's Remarks about the Coronavirus

The power of positive thinking is about to be tested, in real time.

With contagious diseases you must take advantage of all the time you have available to prepare for the impacts of the disease. Plans and procedures need to be reviewed and updated to reflect the current situation. I don't know all the actions that HHS and the CDC were taking, but the CDC "screwed the pooch" when it came to having valid test kits in the hands of medical personnel in all geographical areas of the nation -- and in quantity. That is just a fact!

As for what the president was doing about the danger of the coronavirus, you only need to read his verbal statements and tweets. His powers of positive thinking are about to be tested, nationally!

See this Washington Post article/timeline: ‘It will go away’: A timeline of Trump playing down the coronavirus threat.
