Having good wireless connectivity during a disaster is becoming even more critical as we deploy more technology that relies on wireless communications for data and voice. All the wireless companies offer some type of Cell on Wheels (COW) to either supplement their coverage when there is a high density of wireless usage, or to fill in for damaged equipment at fixed locations.
