Defining Trust
People's perceptions of what trust is defined as is not that clear.
The following is from a Maureen Moriarty column from the July 19-25 edition of the Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ). It addresses the need to communicate clearly in choosing your words. This quote shows the difficulty of communicating clearly enough so as to not be misunderstood.
