Earthquake Game for Kids

This is the type of thing we need to be doing in the 21st Century--developing interactive materials that use technology.

The era of having a bunch of pamphlets that you hand out at the county fair is just about gone.  To be effective today we must tap into the power of technology to capture the imagination and interest of people.  This is doubly so if we expect to reach children.

The State of Illinois funded the development of an Earthquake Game The Day the Earth Shook  I know here in Washington State we have always tried to reach out to school age children with the thought that if we capture their attention, we can maybealso capture their parent's interestFEMA has some materials, but nothing like an online game.

Way to go Illinois (my home state by the way).
