Herd Immunity in Sweden

Is it working?

Time magazine recently ran this story, "The Swedish COVID-19 Response Is a Disaster. It Shouldn’t Be a Model for the Rest of the World."

You read it and decide how successful it has been. I don't trust government officials who's policies are being defended to measure success. I'd rather hear from outside medical experts.

From what I read, the White House's current strategy is basically to "let her rip" and gain herd immunity by protecting the most vulnerable but letting the rest of society deal with the disease.

The only problem with that strategy is the body count. I guess they are "counting" on their body not being in the count. The huge majority of medical professionals do not support the idea of "acceptable losses" in order to have football games or retail sales in brick and mortar stores resume in time for the Christmas holiday and the resultant funerals.
