ICF and the Road Home

I've had several people ask me about the recent AP Story about the Road Home program being administered by ICF in Louisiana. Since I found a response to that story on our ICF websiteI thought I'd share that with you. The program has already distributed more than $6B in payouts. Yes, that's a B for billion dollars. As one senior ICF staffer told me once, "Working on the Road Home program took years off my life."
