Is Vote by Mail Secure?

There is a great deal of misinformation floating around about voting by mail for the November 3rd Election. To help set the record straight I had the opportunity to interview a leading local elections director, Julie Wise, King County, Washington. They have over a million registered voters and have had an entirely "vote by mail" system for years.
