James Lee Witt's Loss Means No Emergency Managers in Congress

James Lee Witt, the FEMA director during the Clinton administration, lost his bid to become an Arkansas congressman. He was defeated on Tuesday.

I had hopes that we'd have at least one emergency manager serving in Congress. Even serving in the minority party, someone with a clue is better than having no one today — that I know of.
