Job: Emergency Management Specialist, Seattle

This is with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

This position, emergency management specialist, is one that I worked extensively with in the past.

When you think about critical infrastructure, one agency that comes to mind is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. And no, you don’t have to wear a uniform. Actually, if I remember right, only about one person, the actual commander, wears a uniform.

With critical infrastructure and our national failings in the news so much today, I’m sure this can be a busy position for the successful candidate going forward.
