Job: PUD Emergency Management Program Manager

I have known previous emergency managers who worked for Snohomish Public Utility District (PUD). They have always said they had good support from the leadership there.

Most recently I had the opportunity to meet the CEO and participate in their Safety Days by giving a keynote speech. You can get a feel for the CEO since he opens the event and my talk. I was impressed by his emphasis on safety.
