Job: FEMA Grants Supervisory Program Analyst

Love grants? Have federal grant experience? This one is for you!

If you love grants and think you can compete against folks already in the federal system, you might consider the role of supervisory program analyst GS-0343-15, which is a very non-sexy title for someone who oversees emergency preparedness grants.

I always think they would have an internal candidate who will compete well for a job like this. And I do believe in hiring internally if you have competent candidates. However, some fresh blood is always good by bringing in someone not wedded to the system that exists. It might be very refreshing to have a state or local emergency manager in this type of position.
