Okla. Governor Appoints Mitigation Expert to Lead State Emergency Management

It is a sign of the times.

This is a good sign that the emphasis in Oklahoma is not just going to be on disaster response. Check out, “Governor Stitt Selects Expert Disaster Mitigator as Director of Oklahoma Emergency Management.”

It is also a good example of someone starting in government, taking their expertise to the private sector and then being able to “bounce back” to a leadership role in emergency management.

Nice!
