The Washington state Legislature recently published a
COVID-19 Session Operations Plan that details how the functions of the Legislature will operate in 2021 during their legislative session.
It shows what can be done with technology and that some good prior planning has gone into thinking through how legislators can meet and vote both remotely and securely.
