Suncadia is a vacation, retirement and actually, a work community just over the top of the Cascade Mountains east of Seattle. On a nice summer day, you could likely commute faster to Seattle from that location than you can from Puyallup, Wash., where I live, which is 35 miles away and south of Seattle.
