Six Boeing 737 Airplanes being Converted to Firefighting Tankers

This means more capabilities across the nation and world.

See this story about 737 Boeing planes being converted to firefighting, Coulson Group buys Southwest jets to make first-ever Boeing 737 firefighting tankers.

The good news about these tankers is that they can be deployed quickly and get on scene to suppress fires. The problem is that people are not going to ask (and pay) for the asset until the fires are likely out of control and there are real dangers to people and property.

If the Coulson Group is investing this type of money, they know that wildfires are here to stay and the demand for their resources is only going to be greater in the years to come.
