The First Infrastructure Bill Passes — In the Senate

Maybe we will see some progress made on infrastructure.

Glory be — a water infrastructure bill passed out of the United States Senate: “U.S. Senate overwhelmingly passes $35B water infrastructure bill.”

Here’s the bill’s language, and there is an item on cybersecurity in it. The bill still needs to be passed in the House, but this is progress.

Eric Holdeman is a nationally known emergency manager. He has worked in emergency management at the federal, state and local government levels. Today he serves as the Director, Center for Regional Disaster Resilience (CRDR), which is part of the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER).
