The “Other Vaccination”

That would be the flu vaccination.

In any other year than 2020 and 2021, this time of year we would be talking about flu vaccinations.

One positive outcome from the COVID-19 pandemic is that flu cases were way down due to people staying home, social distancing and wearing a mask when around other people.

All of the above help decrease your susceptibility to becoming ill from either COVID-19 or the flu. The other primary step you can take for both diseases is to get vaccinated. While much of the talk remains today about the COVID-19 vaccine and vaccinations and booster vaccinations, don’t forget to also get your flu shot.

I got mine on Monday!
