Tim Manning, Formerly of FEMA, Leads National Pandemic Supply Chain Efforts

Tim Manning is the former deputy administrator for protection and national preparedness at FEMA.

Manning promises to, in part, build manufacturing plants here in the United States to produce a billion nitrile gloves (a month?). I'm thinking that might really be a year. A billion is a lot of gloves! But, there are other critical supply items needed by vaccine makers including, of course, test kits, the bane of our national COVID-19 response as a nation.

See this story: "White House to Boost At-Home COVID Tests, Vaccine Deliveries."
